Looking for a unique Golf on Bowen Island experience that’s a 40 minute eBike from Snug Cove? Meet the Tim Kerr Performance Center (TK Centre for short)
Whether you’re driving out or rolling in on an eBike from Bowen eBikes, the journey here is half the fun. Biking down Cowan Point Road is a blast downhill. Arriving you’ll find an eBike charging station waiting for you. Charge up with a coffee and some electricity, grab a drink at the full-service bar, and get ready to raise your game no matter the season.

At 810 Beach Drive—right next to hole 8 of the Bowen Island Golf Club. Walk West up to hole 8 from this pin on Google Maps. Vehicle parking available at the top of Hole 9. Bikes, just roll on up.
Who’s running the show?
Inside the TK Centre’s indoor driving range, outfitted with state-of-the-art golf swing analysis, Coach Greggory Schaepper greets you warmly. He’s a PGA-certified pro who traded Ontario winters for Bowen’s breathtaking Island sunsets in winter 2024. Thank god he’s here! After talking about his pedigree in a family long tradition of golf, he offered to show me the high speed technology. In under four minutes, Coach Greg used pro insights, high-speed cameras and launch monitors to give me one quick recommendation that immediately had me hitting 10% further. The result? I signed my wife and I up for a proper 1hr lessons asap.

Bonus for under 18’s, drive at the driving range for free between 10 AM and 5 PM daily. Prefer fresh air? Take your lesson to the outdoor driving area, where you can watch the sun dip below the water.
Lesson or driving range experience complete, you’ll roll back onto your eBike for the return trip. By eBike it’s about 20min of slow uphill climbing. Once at the top of the mountain, it’s downhill 90% of the way back to Snug Cove. If your battery is toast at the top, it won’t be that hard to get home to the Cove.
