Damages
Damage To Parts: Prior to checking out, we place a hold on your credit card as a damage deposit to cover minor to major repairs. Any damaged or lost gear will be charged to the renter at the full, retail price.
Crashes: Crashes happen; and our mechanic needs to evaluate all bikes and batteries after a crash. A charge is levied for each bike crashed regardless of what happened. See Pricing for charges & Maintenance for labor rates.
Liability Waiver
Prior to riding: liability waivers must be signed. Riding without a liability waiver signed is a violation of our rental agreement and your eBikes will be seized. Liability waivers must be signed by the individual participants; and not one person for the entire group. If you have signed a liability waiver in the past; we may require you to sign a new waiver. If you signed online before showing up, we may require you to sign one in person.
eBike Damage Wavier
We currently do not offer a damage waiver for eMtn bikes. You are responsible for the replacement of parts. See below:

Discounts
We have many partner locations with their own discount codes for those staying overnight. Please book online in advance of your visit to use these discount codes. Codes can not be redeemed at the window & must be purchased in advance online.

What if there is a problem with the eBike on the road?
These eBikes are new to us, yet fully maintained. We’re stoked you’re taking them out, however we only have 2! So a direct replacement isn’t normally available.
If there’s a problem on our end with our eBike from something internal, we’ll see if the other eMtn Bike is available & meet you and swap it out & if not, of course we’ll give a full refund.
If there is a problem because of a crash, or negligence, we can try to swap out the eBike for the other one of the two if still available.
All eBikes are rented with a fully charged battery, and in working condition. If you run out of battery power, we can not swap the eMtn Bikes battery.
Damage Deposits & Collections
Crashes suck, and unfortunately they happen. You are responsible for replacement parts & mechanics labor to fix any damage to the eMtn Bikes.
- Crashes Parts are replaced at full replacement value at renters expense + safety check fee.
Negligence
- Attempting maintenance
- Riding on a flat tire
- Picking at the batteries or labels on the bikes.
- Theft of the eBike.
