FAQ's
Can you teach me about tubeless tires?
Yes, bring in your own tubeless bike and we can teach you. If booking for two people, make sure that both people are running tubeless instead of tubed.
I currently have a flat, can you show me how to fix it?
Yes, this is the perfect class. Bring in your bike with an already flat or functional tube, and we’ll change it in this course.
If we get done early, can I ask about other topics?
Yes, the class is scheduled for 2 hours. Bring all your bike questions, and we’ll get onto any topic of interest at the end. We are flexible in the information covered when running this as a one-on-one class or if you and a friend have similar questions for our two-on-one.
Do you have a bike stand for me?
Yes, and no. Yes, we have a bike stand, but we run this class as if you’re on the side of the road. We provide only tools you carry while riding. We can put your bike in the stand & use the shop tools if you like, or we can practice as if it’s on the side of the roadway.
Do I need to bring my own tools?
You don’t need to bring anything other than your bike and a good attitude. We have shop tools for use, or new tools for purchase. We can educate and show you what we have available for purchase for tools as well, and are well stocked from tire levers, pumps, Co2 & Injectors from us or bring in your own from anywhere.
Do we use a pump or C02 to inflate the tires?
We can do it both ways. We have Lezyne 16G threaded cartridges for sale at $6/cartridge, and we have pumps available as well for practice.
We have hand pumps, or C02.
